Wow! Okay, let me start from the beginning.
I forgot when this happened but... a few days ago, I logged on to both Polyvore and girlsense. When Polyvore loaded, I saw a new icon on my "Recent Site Activity" turns out, I placed fourth in an "everything" contest in a fairly large group! That alone would have made my day because I usually don't get much attention on Polyvore but then I went to look on Girlsense. I happened to look down at the "Cool Member Boutiques" section and saw MY BOUTIQUE on there! That was really a shock because they never even told me!
Anyway, just thought I'd post that. I haven't had a chance to before or I would have. Everything with Christmas and stuff is just piling up. I had to choose between attending my friend's recital and decorating for Christmas at my Great-grandmother's house (an event almost as big as Christmas itself in our family). I ended up going to the recital and I'm glad. My friend did AWESOME! Plus my mom talked to her teacher and I'm going to be able to get piano lessons at long last :D .

New Holiday Collection!
Hey everyone!
Well, I have been away from the FDS for a while but I'm now back and starting on my new holiday clothing collection on Girlsense. It seems odd to be thinking about Christmas when it's 70 degrees outside. A lot of people around here already have their Christmas lights up and of course stores are putting out their Christmas merchandise. Around our family, it's one big party from Thanksgiving until my Grandma's birthday on January 30'th. It's rather tiring but SO much fun and I'm really excited about it!
Another thing I'm excited about is that I may be able to take horseback riding lessons, piano lessons, and guitar lessons. I've basically taught myself piano and guitar so lessons will be great and horseback riding is something I've always wanted to do!
Well, I have tons of designing to do so ttyl :D

New Layout
If you have ever read my blog before, you'll probably notice I have a drastically different layout. I decided I wanted something more classy, bright, and sophisticated. Finding a layout that fits this description is easier said than done. Pyzam layouts are great but this one was in the very last pages and the rest were all brand names and things. Every other site I tried didn't seem to know the meaning of "fashion". Most were just cheesy little cartoons of girls with shopping bags yakking on cell phones. Really not me at all. Anyway, I have at last found one and I think I'll stick with this one because every time I change, all my widgets are deleted. (SO annoying!)

Boutique Re-decorating...
Ah yes, Halloween is over and it's time to revamp the old 'tique. But what theme to use? This is always hardest for me. I want it to be unique and cool... I think I'll start a contest for a boutique theme...

How to Get Pretty Waves!
Hey everyone!
I thought I'd post the routine I use to make super soft, pretty waves. My hair is quite frizz prone and this routine helps to combat frizz. Please remember that your hair may not be able to take all the products I pour into mine because mine is super thick.
1. I shampoo and condition my hair using either Herbal Essences Hydralicious or Hello Hydration shampoo and conditioner.
2. For super deep conditioning when my hair is really dry, I use Garnier Fructis 3 minute masque deep conditioner. (Tip: for shiny hair, the last time you rinse, use ice cold water.)
3. Next, I wrap my hair in a towel, turban style, and press to get out the excess water.
4. Then, using a wide toothed comb, I gently brush out the tangles. DO NOT USE A BRUSH! Trust me, this will ruin your hair.
5. Next I squeeze a quarter sized amount of Herbal Essences None of Your Frizzness smoothing leave in creme through my hair, focusing on the ends and then comb it through again to ensure it's applied evenly.
6. Now I braid my hair in two braids and spray them with Herbal Essences Set Me Up hairspray.
7. The next morning, if the braids are not dry (which they usually aren't) I use a blow dryer on them until completely dry and spray them again with hairspray.
8. Then I take out the braids and gently tousle the waves, adding a little bit more of None of Your Frizzness.
9. Next I use Garnier Fructis Sleek Shine serum to make sure my hair is super shiny. (Note, if your hair is oily, skip this).
Voila! Beautiful waves!
You may need to tweak this routine for your hair type but this is what I do ^^^

Who is your Girlsense role model and why? (or do you have one?)
Yes, I have one. There's two types of role models that I have. Brownsugar, Ressie, and the other pro designers to look at to be able to design better stuff, but then there's all my friends and even nice people that I only know online that I look up to for being kind. (Too many to list kinda...heheh)
What is your style like in real life and who is your style role model?
Ummm...I'm not really sure how to describe my style in real life. I'm kinda into Hollister, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Rue 21, Vanity, and other brands like that I suppose...I don't really have a style role model. I'm just my own individual person when it comes to what I wear.
What is your favorite style of music?
I'm kinda into pop (depending upon what song) and sorta country now (not too country like though...)
Your favorite movie and why?
I'd have to say...Taken is my favorite movie, because it has lots of action, and it shows a passionate relationship between a girl and her dad. I like the message too.
And finally, do you have a quote or motto?
Uh, yes, quite a few, but I'll only name one. I made it up myself: "Forgiveness is the fragrance a flower gives off after it's been stepped on."

Hello miss Aqua and how are you today?
I am great!
To get started, I'd like to ask you some things about yourself.
Well i am aqua, I am 14 years old and I love fashion! I want to be a fashion designer, or interior designer when i get older. I love making jewelry, playing soccer, reading, playing on the computer, and doing any thing artsy.
So how long have you been a member of Girlsense?
I have been a member of Girlsense since September 20th, 2007, so almost two years now.
Who is your Girlsense role model and why?
I have so many Girlsense role models that i can't even name all of them lol but you know people like speedy (stylechix19), mall (xthemallx), lizzy (lizzy1641), prinzess (prinzess27), and many many more.
What is your style like in real life and who is your style role model?
I don't have a particular style, but I like clothes that are cute and comfy. Adding accessories is kind of my thing, I can take a plain outfit, and make it new with some cute jewelry or shoes. As for role models I love Katy Perry's vintage style, and I also love Taylor Swift's cute and comfy style.
Do you have (a) favorite trend(s) and what are they?
I don't tend to follow trends, just because I like to feel like an individal (sp) but i to love to see what other people are wearing to get inspiration for my own outfits!
What is your favorite style of music?
Pop and rock! I love Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, and more...
Your favorite movie and why?
Marley and Me, because it is such a sad and happy movie. But my favorite movie changes every month or so.
What's the biggest prize you have ever won?
$100.00 that was for an essay contest.
